Plain English. If something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

What Xapmind is

Xapmind lets you create a page — your card — where visitors can ask questions and receive answers written by an AI, based only on information you have approved for sharing.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older, and the person you say you are.
• One card per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login.
• Choose your link in good faith. We may reclaim a link that impersonates someone else, or one registered only to stop another person using it.

Your content

• You own what you write. You give us permission to store it and to show the parts you approve to visitors of your card. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
• Only put in what is yours to share. Do not upload other people's private information, or material you do not have the right to use.
• You are responsible for what your card says. Review your approved items before going live.

How the AI behaves, and its limits

• Answers are generated by an AI from the items you approved. It is told to use nothing else and to say when it does not know.
• It can still get things wrong — phrase something awkwardly, miss nuance, or combine two facts badly. That is a real limitation of the technology, not an edge case.
• Nothing your AI says is professional advice, an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment by you. Your card shows a note telling visitors the answers are AI-generated.
• If an answer is wrong, fix the underlying item or make it private. The change takes effect immediately.

What you may not do

• Impersonate another person or organisation, or create a card for someone who has not asked for one.
• Use Xapmind for anything illegal, for harassment, or to mislead people about who you are.
• Publish adult content, hate speech, or anything that puts another person at risk.
• Scrape the site, hammer it automatically, or try to get around the usage limits.
• Attempt to extract another member's unapproved information.

We may remove a card or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable we will tell you why first.

Cost

Xapmind is free while it is being built. If that ever changes, you will be told in advance and no existing card will be switched off without warning.

Availability

This is a new service run on modest infrastructure. It may be slow, briefly unavailable, or change without notice. Do not use it as your only means of being contacted.

Ending things

You can take your card offline or delete your account at any time. Deleting removes your profile and everything your AI learned. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop running the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice to save your information.

The legal part

Xapmind is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service or from anything an AI answer says. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
