How it works

Four steps. No technical knowledge, no files to prepare, nothing to install.

1. Create your card

Your name, a photo, and one line about what you do. You choose your own link — something like xapmind.com/yourname — and that link is yours from then on, whatever happens to your job or your business.

2. Teach your AI

Three ways. Use one, or all three, and add more whenever you like.

Answer a few questions

Your AI interviews you: what you do, what you are good at, what you offer, how people should reach you. One question at a time, skip any of them, come back later. It only asks about things it does not already know, so it never wastes your time.

Borrow what your own AI already knows

If you use ChatGPT or Claude, they have learned a lot about you already. We give you a question to copy across; it writes your profile; you paste the answer back. Nothing is uploaded and no account is connected — you see exactly what is written before any of it reaches us.

Point it at your existing material

Your website, a CV, a brochure, or simply some text you paste in. If you want the most complete result you can upload a full ChatGPT or Claude export, which is read once and deleted immediately.

3. Review what it learned

You get a profile of yourself, organised into sections — your expertise, experience, services, opinions, the way you communicate. Each item is a plain sentence you can edit, approve, hide or delete.

4. Share it — and get found

Switch it live and the link works for anyone. Put it in your email signature, your social profiles, or print it on the paper card you already hand out. Your card is also listed in the AI Power Search, where people searching for your kind of work can find you and start a conversation on the spot.

Members are listed in the order they joined, so the earlier you are there, the higher you sit.

What visitors see

Your photo, your name, your introduction, and a box to type into. No sign-up, no form, no app. They ask; your AI answers from what you approved, and points them to your email, phone or website when it makes sense. If it does not know something, it says so rather than inventing an answer.
