Yes. The quickest way is to copy a short question we give you into ChatGPT or Claude and paste its answer back. For the most complete result, download your data export (ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data. Claude: Settings → Privacy → Export data) and upload the file. Only your own messages are read.
Only what you approve. Everything your AI learns starts out private. It suggests what looks right for a public profile and flags anything personal, but nothing is shown to visitors until you say so.
Yes, any time. You can edit, hide or remove anything your AI knows, and take your card offline whenever you like.
